Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager to manage the development the launch of New Products in multiple markets. The Project Manager will be required to work across departments to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Experienced Project Manager to manage the development the launch of New Products in multiple markets. The Project Manager will be required to work across departments to ensure smooth and timely product launches.
  • Identifies project dependencies and schedules accordingly.
  • Coordinates multiple projects concurrently.
  • Manages all projects to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and within budget.
  • Develops project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and excluding irrelevant ones.
  • Manages allocation of internal and external resources to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develops detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Manages changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Develops and evaluates key metrics to measure project, employee, and department performance.
  • Report and escalates to management as needed.
  • Manages project handoffs between departments.
  • Identifies and manages key risk factors.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Creates and manages project status dashboards for executive review.
Experience and Education:
  • PMP Certification (Required).
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated industry.
  • Working experience in Product Development.
  • Experience with Construction Management.
  • Experience in the Tobacco, Liquor or Cannabis Industry.
  • Experience working with International vendors.
  • Previous work experience involving supply chain management, marketing or engineering.
  • Background in STEM, preferably Engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of project management software’s.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and willing to work long hours to meet deadlines.

Brand Strategist

The Brand Strategist will be empowered to help craft the brand strategy leveraging an assortment of communication channels and mediums. This position will work on new brand and product launches, as well as, established brand strategy working to ensure that messaging stays fresh, relevant and effective.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Implement go-to market strategy for brand products and digital products in the Organa Brands portfolio. Including but limited to: collateral development, in-store merchandising and signage, promotion strategy and paid placement strategy.

  • Assist in developing brand positioning and strategy. Provide strategic insights based on observations.
  • Ability to strategically leverage different tool sets at Organa Brand’s disposal to help influence and grow sales – including the Organa Brands loyalty program and digital in- store experience.
  • Ability to develop a cohesive, but unique strategy across fragmented state markets and unique brand positions.
  • Gather overall market insights to help influence brand strategies.
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years in a related field.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Ability to develop creative and technical solutions rooted in strategy.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work effectively on a variety of projects and brands at once.
  • Strong digital proficiency.
  • Well organized.

Marketing Communications Specialist

The Marketing Communications Specialists primary role will be to support our Sales teams across the country by crafting and distributing strategic messaging (both digital & print) to our retail partners. This position will also help craft consumer facing email strategies for each brand in the Organa Brands portfolio.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop, implement, produce and measure marketing communication programs that drive sales and brand preference.
  • Develop key messages that relate to buyers' pain points and needs while positioning our products effectively.
  • Provides strategic guidance on communications tactics best suited for specific goals.
  • Craft and distribute strategic communications for both B2B and B2C channels; primarily via email.
  • Draft email communications.
  • Create manager and deploy emails via Hubspot.
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or another related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in related field.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Ability to create and design email templates.
  • Strong foundations in Adobe Creative Cloud platforms – ability to resize images, make text edits and modify templates.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and email software platforms – Hubspot preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing and email software platforms – Hubspot preferred.
  • Strong Organization skills.
