Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager to manage the development the launch of New Products in multiple markets. The Project Manager will be required to work across departments to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Experienced Project Manager to manage the development the launch of New Products in multiple markets. The Project Manager will be required to work across departments to ensure smooth and timely product launches.
  • Identifies project dependencies and schedules accordingly.
  • Coordinates multiple projects concurrently.
  • Manages all projects to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and within budget.
  • Develops project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and excluding irrelevant ones.
  • Manages allocation of internal and external resources to ensure timely project completion.
  • Develops detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Manages changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Develops and evaluates key metrics to measure project, employee, and department performance.
  • Report and escalates to management as needed.
  • Manages project handoffs between departments.
  • Identifies and manages key risk factors.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Creates and manages project status dashboards for executive review.
Experience and Education:
  • PMP Certification (Required).
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience working in a heavily regulated industry.
  • Working experience in Product Development.
  • Experience with Construction Management.
  • Experience in the Tobacco, Liquor or Cannabis Industry.
  • Experience working with International vendors.
  • Previous work experience involving supply chain management, marketing or engineering.
  • Background in STEM, preferably Engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of project management software’s.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and willing to work long hours to meet deadlines.
  • Available to travel.

Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives within multiple territories.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Research, identify and qualify prospects for daily call lists for Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Market Research – in market ghost calls.
  • Daily CRM management and data entry.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route to correct ISR.
  • Identify decision makers and verify contact information for prospects.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within current customers and make recommendations to ISR.
  • Process orders and sample requests in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity targets and KPI’s.
  • Work with multiple departments for product focuses.
Experience and Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
  • Basic Knowledge of IOS, Excel and Microsoft Applications.
Skills and Attributes:

Retail Visual Merchandiser

The Retail Visual Merchandiser helps build out a tiered merchandising program for their suite of consumer facing brands. This position works closely with the Sales Teams and Organa Brands retailers to concept unique and scalable merchandising solutions for dispensary environments. This role will be responsible for seeing merchandising through from conceptual stages to communicating manufacturing needs for production. This person is skilled in problem solving, have an eye for retail design, a deep understanding of manufacturing materials and be skilled in CAD Software.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Continuously come up with new product designs
  • Develop and iterate design intention through sketches, prototypes, rendering and communication with manufacturers
  • Develop product from concept to factory production while adhering to budgets and timelines
  • Identify suitable manufacturing partners, source components and negotiate costs
  • Advocate on behalf of new products throughout the entire design and production process from early stage concept illustration to sample creation and mass production.
Experience and Education:
  • 2+ years experience in CAD software programs
  • Experience in retail merchandising a plus
  • Degree in Industrial Design or related field.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of various manufacturing materials
  • Experience taking designs from concept to manufacturing
  • Ability to apply strategy to design
  • Ability to work well with others and take feedback well.
